The competence center for SmarterWork moderates an eco-system both of technology partners / solution providers in the communication / collaboration and social networking space.

 

This network also includes domain experts contributing specific insights on social media or workplace developments. Additionally, a panel of enterprises across various industries provides current evidence for our research agenda in the area of communication / collaboration and social networking.
Based on common goals, different modes of collaboration, such as research projects, case studies, and workshops, are realized. The Center combines teaching and research in its project-based seminars. Students and young researchers support those academic activities and cooperate with business partners. Therefore, they get the chance to solve real-world problems and train project management skills.
